Dumbo Health, Inc. (“Dumbo Health,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Notice.

When we say “Platform,” we mean our Website, Devices, and technology/administrative services that assist your healthcare providers in providing medical treatment.
What is “Personal Information”?
Any information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, or could reasonably be linked (directly or indirectly) with an individual or device. Personal Information does not include deidentified or aggregated data.
Important: Dumbo Health is not a medical group or health care provider. Instead, we provide the Platform that connects you to independent medical practices such as Selene Medical Group, P.A. (the “Medical Group”), which employs licensed health care providers (each, a “Provider”).
When Does This Privacy Notice Apply?
- On our Platform
- During phone or telehealth visits
- When you wear our Devices and connect them to a mobile device
- In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and Dumbo Health
When Does This Privacy Notice Not Apply?
This Notice does not apply to information collected:
- Offline or through other websites operated by Dumbo Health or third parties
- By us or affiliates related to employment matters
- By third parties (including affiliates), such as apps or content that may link to/from our Website
It also does not apply to users who log into Secure Platform areas. Those areas involve Protected Health Information (PHI) governed by HIPAA and the Medical Group’s Notice of Privacy Practices.

2. Platform Not Intended for Individuals Under 13
Our Platform is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from them.
If you are under 13:
- Do not register, purchase, or provide any Personal Information
- If we learn we collected info from someone under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it

We collect Personal Information:
- Directly from you (forms, phone calls, emails, texts)
- Automatically as you navigate the Platform
- Through payments (via Stripe)
- From service providers (Itamar, Resmed, Healthie, Somnoware, Impilo, MaskFit AR, Shopify, Supabase, AWS, etc.)
- From third parties such as your healthcare providers
Automatic Data Collection Technologies
- Cookies – session & persistent cookies (performance, analytics, advertising).
- Google Ads/Analytics, Facebook Pixels, Hubspot, Instagram, LinkedIn, Mixpanel, Pinterest, Twitter, Customer.io, etc.
- Browser/device information (IP, device ID, browsing history, search history, etc.)
You can disable cookies in browser/device settings, but some parts of the Platform may not work.
Information You Provide to Us
Includes:
- Identifiers (name, address, phone, email, SSN, driver’s license, passport)
- Financial data (bank accounts, credit/debit card numbers)
- Medical/insurance information
- Health, biometric, physiological, and behavioral data (e.g., sleep data, exercise data)
- Transaction history, survey responses, search queries, communications with Dumbo Health

Some Personal Information may be PHI. PHI use/disclosure is governed by HIPAA and your Provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
4. How We Use Your Personal Information
We may use Personal Information:

- To process payments/transactions

5. SMS Communications
If you provide your phone number and give consent, Dumbo Health may send you text messages related to your account, orders, shipping and status updates, and care related communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Dumbo Health uses third party service providers to deliver text messages and process related data on our behalf. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
