How the test works: you sleep with an FDA-cleared device in your own bed for
1 night, a board-certified sleep doctor reviews it, and results come back in
48 hours. No clinic visit and no referral needed.

## Pricing

Cash pay, listed publicly, no insurance required. HSA and FSA eligible.

Sleep longevity membership:

- Core: $0.99/day, billed annually at $365/year. 51 biomarkers, 2 draws a year,
  progress tracking, a personalized sleep plan, doctor support when needed.
- Concierge: $300/month, billed annually at $3,600/year. 103 biomarkers, 2 draws
  a year, direct physician access, a dedicated sleep coach, everything in Core.

Sleep apnea:

- At-home sleep apnea test: $149 one time. Includes the device, the physician's
  interpretation, and your results.
- CPAP plans, month to month: Essentials $59/month, Premium $89/month,
  Elite $129/month. Each includes the machine, a fitted mask, and a 24/7 care team.

Cancellation on CPAP plans: every plan is month to month. Send one message at
least 5 days before the last day of the month to stop the next charge, then
return the device with the prepaid label we send.

## Coverage

- Sleep longevity: 49 states. Everywhere except Rhode Island.
- Sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment: Florida, Texas, Virginia and Maryland,
